The GIS department plays a vital role in ensuring that Crook County and the City of Prineville can effectively manage a wide range of geospatial issues including: population growth, planning for development, and natural resource management. To meet these needs the GIS Dept. provides advanced analysis, cartography and emergency management services.  The department also offers a wide range of GIS, data analysis, and graphic design consulting services to the general public and businesses through our highly trained and experienced staff.
